Comprehensive Implant Care

For more than ten years, we have been restoring missing teeth with dental implants, and we have changed the lives of thousands of patients. As a result of our work, patients are now able to smile with confidence again, and eat the foods they love again.

Our implant services include

While regular brushing, flossing, and checkups allow many of us to maintain our natural smiles for a lifetime, sometimes our teeth just can’t keep up. Dental implants can restore both your smile and your oral health if you’ve lost a tooth (or a few teeth) due to injury or disease.

Post Treatment

Consider your replacement teeth to be the same as natural teeth, except these ones don't get cavities. Care for them with a waterpik, a soft toothbrush and an occlusal guard for nights. Finally, it's important to come in for your bi-annual checkup with the hygienist. Just like your natural teeth, the better you take care of your replacements, the longer they will last.

SINGLE OR MULTIPLE IMPLANTS

SINGLE OR MULTIPLE IMPLANTS

Implants are versatile. If you are only missing one tooth, one implant plus one replacement tooth will do the trick. If you are missing several teeth in a row, a few strategically placed implants can support a permanent bridge (a set of replacement teeth). Similarly, if you have lost all of your teeth, a full bridge or full denture can be permanently fixed in your mouth with a strategic number of implants.

Full Mouth Implant Solutions

Ask us about the Dental Implant Centers one-day solution. In one day, imagine a changed situation and you are going home with teeth that you love and you look great. Any dental disease and previous headaches are gone. With your final set you can now eat whatever you want: fresh vegetables, an apple, almonds, you name it.

ADVANTAGES OVER DENTURES OR BRIDGES

ADVANTAGES OVER DENTURES OR BRIDGES

Conventional bridges and dentures are not fixed to the bone, and can therefore be unstable. This can make it difficult to eat or smile with confidence. Implants not only look more natural, but feel and act more like normal teeth, with a stronger biting force. And because they don't directly rely on neighboring teeth for support, implants don't compromise the health of your natural teeth. In fact, bridges are only expected to last seven to ten years, even less with root canals, whereas implants will typically last a lifetime.

Cutting edge implant research applied

PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) – Both dentistry and medicine have learned the benefits of using your own cells to optimally heal oneself. The PRF application was first developed in France in 2001 and over the last 20+ years has been highly researched and improved and the results are remarkable. The application of this technology gives the Implant Center at Salem Dental an edge giving us predictable results with your implant surgery. The PRF communicates via “cell signaling” to the body and new vasculature develops faster. The proteins signal faster osteoblast (bone forming) as well. The result is a healthier healing, stronger bone and soft tissue and less post operative discomfort.
